What Is Healing?
The process of healing is different for each person. The healing work that I do can help you release long-standing patterns of behavior, old wounds and traumas, as well as outdated belief systems that no longer serve you. It takes tremendous courage to change your life. Working with healing energies helps to accelerate that evolution, allowing you to release those blocks, open up more space to fully self-express yourself, and create the life you desire.
The energy work that I do also helps with your physical well-being. Being able to release these negative energies clears the body of stagnation, lethargy, and other forms of malaise. This work opens a healthy flow of energy through your body that calms the nervous system and brings peace into your life.
Here are the modalities I work with during my healings:
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique. It is a spiritually guided life force energy that can produce a greater sense of emotional and physical well-being, which often brings more clarity, balance and even joy into one’s life.
REI - means Universal Life Force Energy, Divine Source, Spiritual Wisdom, Higher Consciousness, Omnipresent God.
KI - means Life Force in action. It is the energy that flows and gives life to everything. Some say “Ki” is the energy of creation, creative and intelligent. Divine Consciousness in action.
Magnetic Field Healing -
The Magnetic Field is an energy field that surrounds the human body. Not to be confused with the Aura, which is a much larger energy field that encompasses the body.
The Magnetic Field is believed to play a role in various physiological functions, including blood circulation, nerve impulse transmission and cellular processing. Disruptions to this natural field can contribute to a variety of health issues.
Maintaining a balanced magnetic field has been shown to be critical for optimal body function and for regulating the body’s nervous system.
Improved blood flow and aligns molecules in blood promoting better circulation.
Nerve Body Work -
This is a very relaxing process. Energy is released from the spine gently, with light compression work on various pressure points along the spine. Healthy nerve function is critical during the healing process.
Calming the nervous system helps release post stress and/or anxiety, while also alleviating the stress managed by the body’s adrenals. The nervous system doesn’t know the difference between the stress from a long-ago memory or the anxiety created by a current event. The spiritual aspects of the body hold on to these stresses from whenever they’ve occurred. The healing process of moving energy out of the spine – (nerve body) allows you to begin feeling less reactionary to life and its stresses, whether past and present.
Color Rays -
As part of my training at Spiritual Arts Institute, I was taught about certain colors and their power in the healing process.
For example: Gold is the energy of self-confidence, inner strength and courage, wisdom, faith illumination and protection. If you are someone lacking in these attributes, we call this energy in during the healing process and anchor it deeply into your consciousness so you can go forth feeling more in alignment with this energy. Clients are also provided powerful meditations to continue this color work outside of our healing sessions.

My healings consist of Reiki, working with the colors, Magnetic Field and Nerve Body Work.
A healing takes approximately ninety (90) minutes and is tailored to your needs or desires. You will leave with a clear understanding about how to work with the light at home, allowing you to access these healing tools and continue your journey forward while outside your specific healing session(s).
Prior to any first healing, I recommend a phone consult so that I can better understand your goals and/or needs, and for you to have a more detailed understanding of the work I do.

3 Day Master Class:
The Art/Master Training Class combines everything included in the Two-Day Usui/Holy Fire I & II Class, with additional advanced Reiki training. During the class, there will be practical applications of what you learn (various healing techniques, experiences, placements, ignitions, guided meditations and hands-on-healing techniques) with your fellow classmates.
You’ll learn advanced healing techniques including:
The healing in the River of Life Experience
The Usui Master symbol which increases the effectiveness of the Reiki II symbols for healing.
The Usui/Holy fire II Master placement which increases the strength of your Reiki energy and empowers the Usui Master symbol.
The Pre-ignition
How to make a Reiki grid that will continue to send Reiki to yourself and others after it is charged.
You will learn Reiki III/Master techniques including:
The Ocean of Holy Love experience
The Holy Fire symbol is given for a total of five symbols for the entire system
Both Usui/Holy Fire II Master ignitions and the healing fire ignition are received
Hands on practice with other classmates using all the Holy fire symbols for treatment.
Instructions on how to give Reiki placements for Reiki I & II, ART and the pre-ignition, The healing in the River of Life Experience, both ignitions for Reiki Master and the healing fire ignition.
Learning at more deep level how to heal others.
